Hello Jordi,
I usually have opened two band maps, one synchronised with the CAT and on the other I manually select the band to match the VFO B, which in my case is the second receiver of the FTDX5000. Could I also sync automatically with VFO-B?

Hello,
No, Swisslog tracks the selected VFO from the radio (A or B), but only one. I will add it to the wish list but adding this feature is very complicated as it's internally programmed Swisslog. It will need a full rebuild of the code. If I found out a solution don't hesitate that I will add it in the future.
