Hi Erich,

First of all you have to install Swisslog in the default folder (C:\Swisslog). Don't install inside Program Files otherwise you will get a bundle and Swisslog won't work unless disabling UAC and forcing to run as administrator.

If folder is right, try to force Swisslog to run as administrator (icon mouse right click and select Run as administrator).

If still fails your antivirus or firewa is blocking Swisslog somehow. Disable your antivirus/firewall temporally and check. It should work perfectly. In this case you have to add an exception in your antivirus and firewall to allow Swisslog all incoming/outgoing communications. Panda antivirus and Avast are known to block Swisslog installation and execution. Swisslog is absolutely safe but certain antivirus exceed their control.

In case you still have problems we can sked a Teamviewer session to check online what may happen but it should work after following the above instructions.
