Band Plan for importing
Following on from the discussion "Setting up a new statistic for DXCC-FT4" by Marc ON6CC, in which we learnt that if you would like this stat or one like it you can either create it or wait for it in the next version, here is a full band plan that can be imported to Swisslog. A band plan is not absolutely necessary because, as Jordi points out, Swisslog can detect some modes for dupe checking if the mode is mentioned in DX Spot comments. However, having the correct frequencies defined will ensure correct dupe checking.

The band plan here is this one (click to enlarge):

After it has been imported, you can edit and delete entries from it to suit yourself. Use the Edit>Edit the bandplan menu in Swisslog.

To make the import, it is necessary so far as I know to use MS Access. Jordi may interject with an alternative method for those without Access.

To use MS Access, download and save the attachment to a convenient folder. Unzip it to reveal BANDPlan.txt

.zip   BANDPlan.zip (Size: 734 bytes / Downloads: 15)
Open your log database in MS Access.
Ensure that the BANDPlan Table is not open.
In Access, go to the top menu entry: External Data.
Click on New Data Source and select: From File>Text File. Click OK.
For File name, navigate to where you saved BANDPlan.txt and then click OK.
Use the Import Text Wizard this way: Next > Next > Next > select: No primary key and Next > Finish > Yes to overwrite existing table > Close

When you next open Swisslog, the band plan will be in operation.
