Members reference Tables

When I run Swisslog the first thing that happens is I get a box that says "The following members/reference tables are outdated etc when I click update it tries then says This file is not in a recognisable format. I click ok and the box says Syntax error (missing operator) in query expression and lots of symbols.

Next, my password & logon for LoTW is correct but getting invalid password error on LoTW Sync.

Lots to learn have only just installed the program with a lot of help from a friend.
