The Notes Page contains a Note field for the current QSO

These notes are stored with the QSO. That means that you should note things which are related to the current QSO, for instance: the rig and antenna your QSO parner is using, what the weather is, etc. If you want to make a note about the call sign owner you should do this in the Comment field on the Station Page.
