Is there a way to move windows outside the general swisslog window ? I have a second screen and would like to move some windows there.

Make them Standalone windows. Not all can do this but take for example a DX Message window. Right click in the DX message area and you will see Standalone Window as an option. To put them back within the main GUI, if you ever need to, change from Standalone to Child.
