I have problem to update DMVE Member information, since 100 days , its not a real update , next programm start its ask again ...
Any solution ?? i update all other Member infos daily !

Hello,
Go to Tools / For experts only / Open Statistic database then select the file SWLSTAT.MDB located in the C:\Swisslog folder. Close Swisslog then start it again. Go to Tools / Update statistic table. Force to upgrade even it prompts that you already have latest file.
Now you have ensured you are really using the statistic table. Currently you are not using latest statistic table (or it's not well configured). That's the reason Swisslog is asking again at every start up and not updating properly the tables.

f you don't want the DMVE statistic you can disable it in Options / Active statistics. Swisslog won't ask you anymore to update this award.
However, if you are using latest statistic database Swisslog should not ask anything because it's updated. I guess you have something wrong in your Swisslog setup. Send me the configuration file SwisslV5.ini you will find in the Swisslog folder to support@swisslogforwindows.com to review your setup.
