Hi all,

It must have someting to do with more recent OS. Under XP SP3, I don't have problems with TQSL 2.0.3....still... now and then an upload fails....
and a window opens, prompts me to give a name to the upload file
...ie (moncey_20140824.adi) Moncey being my QTH.
When it's more frequent, I might consider reverting to 1.13 version

I also do not work. I've tried all of what you wrote but did not. In the meantime, I noticed the following:

TOOLS>LoTW Synconization page and when click OPEN THE LOTW PAGE,

https://p1k.arrl.org/lotwuser/default?lo...word=XXXXX

not open.503 Service unavailable error message..

But, When I wrote to chrome or others,, LOTW adresses:

https://lotw.arrl.org/lotwuser/default

is open???

Why? What should I do?
