Hi,
User can't add clubs to the membership panel only select the ones want to see in the panel from the existing ones. Adding clubs has to be done internally in the code. Let me know which clubs are you referring to. Keep in mind that there are thousands of clubs around the world and the intention of the Membership panel is to add only most important or famous clubs not all (it would be impossible). These clubs also need to offer the possibility to download their memberlist from internet in a friendly format such text, CSV or Excel.
Let me know which clubs to suggest and I will study it.
