I don,t own the TS990 but if Kenwood has not changed the way to connect to computers you should not have any problems with Swisslog. Icom and Kenwood have always used the same system to attach to computers (not as Yaesu which they have different ways depending on the model).
However I hope any user having the new TS990 can give a positive answer.
