Hi Alfred,
I need to know which windows you have opened. If you have any logbook view open, maybe it's the source of the problem. Check the name of the logbook view query opened then go to the QUERIES folder and locate where is the opened query file (it will probably be in the Logbooks folder). Delete the .RPL file which has de same name as the query (the query has the extension SPQ).
If you still have this problem I need to know more details. Maybe a remote Teamviewer session will help.
