I think I have been able to solve this issue. Keep a copy of your current SwisslV5.exe (just in case you have to revert to the old one), download and use this EXE:
www.swisslogforwindows.com/Beta/SwisslV5.exe

I have detected a bug when using time zones other than GMT. I have uploaded a new EXE in the same link dated today (check Help / About). Please use it and let me know if it's working well.

Thank you for your report! Although I throughly tested emulating different time zones with "ghost" spots to emulate the same time I needed a real test.
