How to implement this in Swisslog?

You do not have to implement it. Jordi will do it for us. Soon there will be a Swisslog update.

I worked on the 5.99b translations a few days ago, Jordi should release it soon...
In the meanwhile, I created the new FT4 mode because I don't like to create DATA QSO's in LOTW.
I Know that the ARRL does not care about dupes, garbage...and does not allow you to delete anything...they want you "double blind"  but it's cleaner now without this mapping to DATA
