Who can share settings for the FT-990 ROM 1.2? I just started learning the log and don't know how to install CAT and PTT management...

First of all if you use Swisslog along other software sharing CAT (such JTDX, MixW) I suggest to use OmniRig. This way you can share your CAT connection in all programs supporting OmniRig such Swislsog, JTDX, WSJT-X or MixW. If you are using other software not supporting OmniRig you can use VSPE which creates a split of your COM port and this port can be shared up to 4 applications at the same time. Please read the Digital modes interfaces in the Swisslog help or here:

If you want to configure your transceiver directly to Swisslog, use the settings of the attached screenshot (only change your COM port number). It should work.

Here are the settings I have for the FT-990 ROM 1.2.... But I don't see the frequency display in the window....No third-party programs are used, only the logger...

For Yaesu you have to set 4800 bauds. Please try to make your radio work with other program to see if CAT is really working. But set 4800 as baud speed. If you achieve to make your radio CAT working with other program, wrtie down carefully the COM parameters and set the same into Swisslog. Leave the Flow Controls as they are by default. But for Yaesu 4800/Parity None Start 8 and Stop 2 is the default option. Take a look in your radio menu to see which parameters are you using for CAT. Maybe you have changed something but this should work.
