Tables not displayed in Power Query. - HB9TZU - 18-10-2024 Hello everyone, A few months ago I had to completely reinstall my PC. Swisslog was also reinstalled (installation file from the website) and the database was easily restored from the existing backup. Now I have looked at Power Query again and noticed that there are no tables displayed under the 'Query' tab. See screenshot of my problem and how it should look according to Power Query help. Is there a solution to get it to display correctly again? 73 de HB9TZU Christof (Chris) RE: Tables not displayed in Power Query. - EA3GCV - 18-10-2024 Hello Christof, This issue usually happens when modifying a query from a logbook view which is set as standalone (I don't know the reason and I have not found a solution). Place the logbook view as child then modify the query. Now you should see the tables. Probably because I didn't fully understand it I solved the problem by first installing Windows 10 in a virtual box. Then I installed Swisslog in the virtual box and copied the files from Queries\Logbooks and pasted them into my Swisslog. Now I can see the tables in the Query tab in the logbook again. I have also opened various other logbook views (DME, US Countries, etc.) and the display is OK there too. Many thanks Christof HB9TZU RE: Tables not displayed in Power Query. - EA3GCV - 19-10-2024 Hi Christof, I'm glad to fixed it! but I don't know what you don't understand.... are you using multiple monitors and you have placed the logbook view as "standalone window"? This is what I was referring to. Read the chapter Other features > Multipe monitor systems in the Swisslog help contents. 73 RE: Tables not displayed in Power Query. - HB9TZU - 20-10-2024 Hello Jordi, Unfortunately, my English is not very good Even with Google Translate or DeepL, I have not correctly translated your sentence ‘Place the logbook view as child then modify the query. Now you should see the tables.’ Now I read “Have you placed the logbook view as a ”standalone window’?" I understand that now and know what you wanted to tell me. But the main thing is that my problem is solved, even if my approach was more complicated 73 de HB9TZU Christof |
