AVAST antivirus detects Swisslog as a virus - EA3GCV - 18-09-2014
Dear users,
AVAST antivirus is detecting Swisslog (file Swisslv5.exe) as if it were a virus and automatically deletes the program file.
There are two ways to avoid this:
- Normally when this happens a message should be displayed to exclude Swisslog from this abnormal detection and add an exception so that never happen again
- If no message has been displayed and the program file has disappeared, you have to enter the AVAST setup and add an exception to the file Swisslv5.exe
