QSO records have disappearred from the log list - F6IIA - 20-10-2025

Hello,

I've been using Swisslog for a year and the latest version is 5.113 with W10.

I've never had any problems.

But today I note that some QSOs have disappeared from the main log list...

Example: I contacted F5VV and I add this contact, no problem to add this record and the "all previous QSOs" appear correctly.

But all QSOs with F5VV have disappeared from the main log list. It's the same for some other calls contacted several times.

I tried restoring my last backup, without success. I tried sequencing, without success.

Where is my mistake? Any help would be welcome....

Chris

Hello,

I think your issue comes from the logbook view. If Previous QSO are displayed in the Previous QSO tab from the Add QSO window, the QSO is in the database. You don't explain if you are using a logbook view you have created yourself or any of the provided. I suggest you to do the following:

- Close Swisslog
- With File Explorer go to C:\Swisslog\Queries\Logbooks then delete all files with .RPL extension. These files are the customization files which are created automatically which implements the "user" changes in the view.
- Open Swisslog then go to View / Logbook (select view) then select one of the LOGBOOK folder.

You should see all QSOs perfectly. Before restoring a previous backup, it's VERY IMPORTANT to do a backup of your CURRENT database. Otherwise you may LOSE DATA because the database is overwritten when restoring.

Hello Jordi, very thanks for the quick response!

I don't have any files with the .Rpl extension, only some fils with .spq extensions.

I'm only using the "CTRL+L" log view, but now the records have reappeared on the list.... certainly I did something with the differents options, but I didn't quite understand...hi
