Language file
Hi,
I use SWL with italian translation, but would like to replace some strings ... I wonder where are all the program's strings (different languages) stored ?

I did a briefly search but was not able to find anything interesting  Cool

RE: Language file
Hi Pietro,

The language file can't be edited by users. There are colleagues who offered to do this HUGE AND UNPAYABLE WORK and they are the official translators for French, German and Italian languages (in Swisslog see Help / About / Credits). Gabriele Riva, IU2RON did the Italian language. If you have any suggestion to improve some translations you should contact him directly. You can find his e-mail address in QRZ.COM.

RE: Language file
Hi Pietro,

It's not a secret, it's the SWISSLV5.MLD file. But it's not user editable because needs a special program which needs license.

Hi Jordi,

many thanks for your answer long time ago ! To stay on this topic, I have another question:

the label applied on some tabs (see attachment) are read and coming from the same SWISSLV5.mld as explained earlier for other translation ?
I can't find them inside with all softwares and tricks ...  Smile

Many thanks for any information.

Hello Pietro,

When you are in the QSO Entry window, right-click below the table to change the layout and then you can edit the text on your QTH tab ("Column Title").
