Hello,
I think I may have  a problem with the eQSL upload status in Swisslog.
In my case, Swisslog seems to download and mark received eQSLs correctly, but it no longer marks the QSO as eQSL sent at the moment of upload.
Before, if I remember correctly, Swisslog automatically set the eQSL_Send flag to  1 (or updated the sent status) when the QSO was uploaded to eQSL.
Now, this does not seem to happen anymore.
What I see is this:
  • the upload process starts,
  • received eQSLs are marked correctly,
  • but the eQSL_Send / eQSL_Status / eQSL_Send_date fields are not updated after upload,
  • and the QSO only appears as sent when there is also a received eQSL.
So it looks as if the “sent” flag is now only updated when a received confirmation exists, instead of being written immediately after a successful upload.
I do not understand this, because I am quite sure it worked correctly some time ago.
My login and password are correct, I only have one nickname/QTH, and I am using the latest Swisslog version.
Could this be a bug in the upload routine, or in the way Swisslog parses the eQSL server reply and updates the local fields?

I use eQSL synch every day with no issues. Something must be wrong in your setup. First of all, I highly suggest you to upload QSOs in realtime to eQSL (Options / Online logbooks / eQSL > enable Upload QSO automatically. This will make the eQSL run faster because QSOs must be uploaded one by one and depends how many you have, the upload procedure will take a lot.

Despite this, it's VERY IMPORTANT you have set the eQSL nickname EXACTLY as you have written in your eQSL Profile. It's case sensitive! Also review in your eQSL profile that the QSO End field has not expired!

The eQSL Status field must contain Uploaded (if uploaded properly) or Confirmed. If Uploaded then the eQSL Sent field will be 1. If Confirmed the eQSL Received will be set to 1.

Review all this. If you still have problems you will have to contact me to support@swisslogforwindows.com and send me screenshots of your Swisslog's eQSL setup and also a screenshot of your eQSL Profile setup. Also make sure you have set the proper password.
