New country table

The country table that I maintain has been updated. This release will eventually be available to all users but requires Jordi to automate necessary changes to logbooks. Meanwhile, if you are already using my table, go to
http://www.hb9dhg.ch/swisslog.cfm?Reques...0&Action=1 to download. Be sure to read and action the associated instructions. If you are not yet using my table, please wait for Jordi's release of version 5.9 for V5 users and separate files for V6 users.
