LoTW synch error under Windows XP

Dear Windows XP users,

Since today when trying to synchronise with LoTW you will get the following error message:

"The Password you entered is wrong! Please check your UserID and Password. Try to login via the Web to verify UserID and Password"

This is not a Swisslog issue. As expected, LoTW servers are probably already migrating to TLS 1.2 or they have made a change that is not supported by Windows XP. If you run Swisslog under Windows Vista or higher you won't get any problems.

It's time to upgrade to a newer operating system (I highly recommend to upgrade to Windows 10). You will be able to use other features that are disabled in Windows XP for the same reason like all Club Log functions or Update IOTA references from internet.
