Hello,

First of all, are you using latest 5.99 version? Please explain in detail all the steps because the "File not found" error is not usual at all. In fact it's the first time I hear from this error.

Please upgrade to the latest Swisslog version and try again and send me a detailed report. We can arrange a Teamviewer session if you are still getting problems but you should not get any problems at all.
