Hi,

You don't have to "Ignore" when this window is displayed. As explained in my thread correctly indicated by G3WPF, simply press OK when this window is displayed and the LoTW synch will continue as usual. If you cancel this window you will cancel the LoTW sync.

I hope to release new version  in a few days. I'm still working on it.
