Operate Swisslog with 2 PC and a database
I would like to save the database "Logbuch.mdb" on my server. This should be able to access 2 PC in parallel. Once each PC alone or both PC parallel (2 OM are parallel in Qso`s). This also works well with the database, but the messages come immediately: «’ C: \ Swisslog \ swlstat.mdb ’is not a permissible path».
I would also like to use the database on my server on vacation!
This means that I also have to install the SWLStat.mdb file on the server, but Swisslog doesn't find the path there!
Who can help me?

RE: Operate Swisslog with 2 PC and a database
Hello Albin,

Currently Swisslog can't be used with 2 or more instances at once. I'm working on it but still needs more testing.

You can place your Swisslog database in your server and setup Swisslog to use the server path in both computers (File / Open logbook). But the database can't be shared currently.

Hello,

Support for networking was implemented in version 5.110 released on 24/07/2024. Please read carefully the chapter "Using Swisslog in a local network" you will find under the section "Other feature" in the Swisslog help or by clicking here:
