Country table update
The Swisslog Country Table was updated 18th October 2022

TO5M was added to the definitions for FS Saint Martin for the dates 25/10/2022 to 31/10/2022 inclusive.

GQ7LJJ was added to the definitions for GJ Jersey.

Swisslog will prompt to update soon.
