FlexRadio save band automatic

I have a Flex 6400 now. I have the frequency display in Swisslog and can change band/frequency there.

Is there a way to store the frequency that I'm working on directly into the log when I save a new QSO ?

Unfortunately I often forget to change the frequency before when I store a QSO and then have to change

it afterwards.

Hi Rainer,

If the transceiver control is started and you are using realtime entry (Date field background colour is yellow), Swisslog reads and sets the frequency directly from the transceiver. This works this way regardless the transceiver option used. But if you are entering QSOs not in realtime (date field background colour is white) then you have to select the right band/mode and set the frequency manually. I highly suggest you to work in realtime. Use deferred entry only if you need to enter a QSO manually, but you need to fill out all important fields: date, time, band, mode and frequency. You can swith easily from realtime to deferred entry by double clicking on the date field.
