I can't get QSL confirmation from LotW
Hello All,

I make QSOs every day and upload them to LOTW. Always FT8. The system does not give an error message. However, I noticed that I have no confirmations for the last 4-5 months. Could this be possible? I think it is not possible, has no one uploaded logs to LOTW for all this time? There is no problem until November-December 2024, but I cannot see new confirmations after these dates.

Where could I be making a mistake??

(Swisslog and TQSL are last version. Windows 10)

Hi Atila,

Did you changed anything in the last 4-5 months? I mean: any computer change, certificate renewal... Check the following:

- In TQSL check the "QSO End date" in the Certificate properties (double click on the certificate). If the "QSO End Date" has expired this is the reason of this issue and means that when you renewed your certificate you set an end date when you need to leave it blank.
- In the options of the QSO Entry window make sure the "Store UTC in logbook" is checked.
- What is the content of the LoTW Status field in QSOs from that range of dates? 
- In the LoTW synch function, use the automatic mode: press Synchornize LOTW then make sure you have checked both QSL from and QSO from fields. Then press the Start synch button.

Thanks for your answer.

 Yes, I buy new PC with Win10. ( old PC is XP) and new TQSL ceritficate for my all callsigns. ( TA1DX-TC1DX-YM1DX-... total 8 differents)

Now when I checked again, all QSOs are in UTC format. There are 9 confirmations in 2025, I guess LOTW is not as attractive as it used to be.

In Lotw synchronized screen, QSL List tab is always empty and Swisslog downloads 52 QSOs every time, why 52?

Hi Atila,

You don't tell me which is the value in the LoTW Status field for such QSOs and if the QSO End date for your current callsign is OK. In the LoTW synch function, go to the File List tab then delete all files. Maybe you will have to delete one by one some remaining files, simply select the press the Delete button. Once you have deleted all files, start the synchronization again.
