RE: Change own callsign in existing logs
Hi Rainer,
Follow these steps:
In TQSL:
- Ask for a new certificate for your new callsign then add a new STATION LOCATION for such callsign
In Swisslog:
- Register again Swisslog with your new callsign in Help / About
- Create a new My QTH for your new callsign in Add QSO / My QTH > Press Detail / New and add your new callsign and details
- Tools > LoTW Synchronization > Configuration > Station/QTH open the LoTW station dropdown list besides the My QTH you have just created for your new callsign then select the Station Location you created for your new callsign
- Now to fix your QSOs: Go to View / Logbook view (select view) then select a query from the Logbooks folder which includes the My QTH field (i.e. Logbook view with DXCC, My QTH...).
- Click on the QSODate header then select CUSTOMIZE. Select "Equal or higher" and 16/02/2025 then press OK
- Now the view will only contain your QSOs from the date you started to work with your new callsign
- Locate the My QTH field in the view then mouse right click on any content of the My QTH field. From the popup menu select EDIT > MODIFY ALL QSOs. Select the new My QTH then accept all confirmation messages.
Now all QSOs from 16th February 2025 are assigned to your new My QTH. Perform an automatic LoTW sync in Tools > LoTW synchronization > press the Synchronize LoTW button, make sure you have checked both QSO since and QSL since then press the Start synch button. Swisslog will do all the job for your easily for all your My QTH.
