QRG (Frequency) not correctly displayed when logging online to QRZ
I recently discovered that qsos are only put in the correct band (e.g. 14000 MHz) and not the actual frequency when logging online to QRZ logbook from Swisslog. Importing an adi-file will get it correct, but this is a nuisance. Anyone else have that problem? Im using Windows 7 and latest version 5.97k.

RE: QRG (Frequency) not correctly displayed when logging online to QRZ
Hi Tom,
I have found out the reason of this bug. In fact, you will have the same problem if you use realtime logging in other online logbooks. The Frequency field in ADIF uses a dot as thousand separator. If Windows regional settings are set to Norway, the thousand separator is empty! Let's say, if your QSO is on 14.235, with your country settings is sent as 14 235 (you will see in the QRG field of the Add QSO window that frequency is displayed this way). That's the reason the frequency is not read properly. I will solve this in the next version to adapt to all countries.
Meantime, change temporally thousand separator in your windows regional settings to a dot instead of blank. You will see that after this change the frequency will be uploaded properly.
Thank you very much for this error report and sorry for the inconveniences!

RE: QRG (Frequency) not correctly displayed when logging online to QRZ
Tanks for the info, Jordi. I tried to change it, but the regional settings was set to UK, not Norway. In the settings for Norway, the . Is not accepted as a thousand separator. Which regional settings (country) would be acceptable while waiting for the update? Also it baffles me that generating an ADI from swisslog and uploading it to QRZ sets the qrg correct...

RE: QRG (Frequency) not correctly displayed when logging online to QRZ
I was a bit quick there. It is the grouping symbol, not the decimal symbol I had to change. Standard Norwegian is 123 456 789, now it is 123.456.789. So now it works with Swisslog. It might corrupt other applications, though, like spreadsheets. But I hope the next update will take care of this. Thanks for your very prompt and helpful response!
