Country Table Update
The Swisslog Country Table was updated 14 December 2018.

3Y0I was added to the definitions for 3YB Bouvet Is (forthcoming operation).

TO8T was added to the definitions for FM Martinique (forthcoming operation).

Thank you very much Erik! It's been updated also in the Download section of the website. I will include it in next version 5.98d which I'm planning to release shortly.
