LOTW syncronisation downloads ALL qsls, not only latest

This was never an issue with my previous computers that had Norwegian Windows? As stated, regional format English (Sweden) works, but neither English (Finland), English (Norway), English (United States) nor English (United Kingdom) does, at least not the default settings.

For English (Finland) it seems I cannot change the time and date formatting.

The short date format that seems to work (I checked also old LOTWQSL_date.adi files) is yyyy-MM-dd, and HH:mms, and the only regional setting I have come accross so far that is in this format as default, is Sweden!

Now, if I choose English (United States), I CAN change the settings, and I've done so to yyyy-MM-dd and HH:mms. I'll leave it as that for the time being. I do not know how tis will affect other programs, like Excel, but we'll see. As for teamviewer session, I'll send you a Whatsapp message, mostly it will be up to you to pick a convenient time.
I have time early in the day, from 0700 UTC an onwards.
