Hello Luis,

Mouse right click in the DX windows then select "Set sound options". Review every DX Type by checking in every option (New, Needed, Worked, All, Dx alerts) then uncheck any option in the Announcements section on the right side. You will have any announcement enabled for any DX Type.

If you want to disable any DX alert you have to go to View / Schedules / Dx Alert. Maybe you added a Dx alert for a particular callsign.
