Hello,

There is no screenshot attached. Please read carefully the following chapters in the Swislsog help (I insert direct links for these chapters in French):

You have to install TQSL, request LoTW certificate, activate it then create a station location. Later in the LoTW configuration you have to link the station location with your My QTH. Read carefully the above links please.
