Labels with Label Printer QL-500 ?

Hello all,

I earned an old Brother label printer, QL-500.

How could I print the labels for my QSLs?

Hi Beppe,

Label printers are different than other printers. As far as I know, it includes a specific software to design your labels and also it has a special plugin to be installed to use it with Microsoft Word, Excel or Outlook. I don't have any of these printers to test but I guess won't be possible to print directly from Swisslog to this kind of printers. However, if you can save a Word document with the design by using the specific plugin, please send it back to me to check if I can do a design.

hello Jordi,

After a lot of esperiments, I printed a good label for my QSL.
I reached this result without a Microsoft Word file.

I simply resized the page to the dimensions of the label, plus some millimeters around, to create the margine.

The only problem is that I have to change the page size, if I will print more than 2 QSOs, because the first 2 QSOs take place on one label. The 3rd and the 4th take a place on the second label.
