Printing eQSLs with a Brother HL-L2375DW Laser printer

Hi,

So far, I have been printing my QSL cards on 10 × 15 cm card stock, which fits perfectly in my printer's lower paper tray.

Unfortunately, following our recent TM25TFR operation, I now have to deal with professionally printed standard 9 × 14 cm QSL cards.
With this size, I can only use the manual feed slot, one card at a time! (Brother HL-L2375DW Laser printer)
Does anyone have a Swisslog QSL printing form set up for 9 × 14 cm cards, and if so, what printer/page settings do you use?

add : I think I found one : QSL9x14 A4_EA5VK.rpt prints on my brother from the upper tray, without any mod
......but only prints a SINGLE qso......any idea to print more ...say 4 or 5 ...?
add : found how to group qso's, but only can display 3 the 10x15 format allows me 5 qso's....never mind.....

This is not an email for help as its not a Swisslog error I believe. I do wonder though if you have any idea why it happens. Its on every station called / worked on JTDX. The callsign comes to the Entry of QSOs window and then switches in and out. Nothing actually goes wrong, the callsign is logged.

Flex Radio SmartSDR software, due to the company's regressive policy toward its customers that now mean a subscription is required to get latest new features, has come under competition. A superb alternative has emerged called AetherSDR. All software that works with SmartSDR also works with AetherSDR. One of its features is that I can open a second panorama and connect to a KIWI SDR. So I can have Slice 1 locally on 21074 for example and be using JTDX and I have Slice 2 connected to a KIWI and use WSJTx to receive either same band or other band.

Swisslog does not like this! My UDP link is only to JTDX (as far as I know) but somehow the WSJTx instance interferes. As soon as I close WSJTx or the second Slice, the problem stops. The UDP is solid and remains green.

It is not "end of the world" but I wonder if there might be a solution.

new sequence ordering takes hours

Hi,

when I delete some QSO in the database - here 8k QSOs - next time I start swisslog the new qso sequence number can be assigned.
This takes here hours: 10 QSOs per second! Is there a possibility to speed up this?

How adding FT2 mode in Swisslog?

Hi all,

A new mode has come into scene this week: FT2:

If you are testing this new digital mode, you can easily add it in Swisslog in Edit > Add / Edit modes

VERY IMPORTANT! this mode is not "official" and still not accepted by the ADIF Comittee (where I'm member). Currently there is an important discussion on this group because seems the author of this mode has violated the WSJT License. Joe Taylor has not accepted this mode to be named as FT2 but MM2, based on the initials of the author of this software. Chaos is served! While all this is not clarified, I suggest you to avoid uploading QSOs to LoTW, eQSL, any other online service or exchange FT2 QSO to other applications until this mode is officially accepted and included in a new ADIF specification version. I will release a new Swisslog version when this happens.

Transceiver interface

I must be missing a step. I have two Flex radios on my network. They each have fixed IP addresses.
When I enter both radios in the transceiver interface, everything looks good. However, when I try to change radios, i see that both IP address are the same now. Whenever I change one IP address, the other one changes to that address also.I can work around it by just putting in the correct IP for the radio I want to use and clicking Start, But the other radios address will also change. Not big deal but i feel like I am doing not something to set the address right.

local time vs UTC

Hi

I going to switch my old paper logbook to swisslog. In those time I wrote my QSO in local time.

So the question is : how to input a QSO with local time and get automatiquely the UTC time in the log.

QSOs in FLDIGI are not saved

Hello,

Since reinstalling SWISSLOG, QSOs from FLDIGI have not been transferred to the log. The connection appears to be established, as indicated by the green dot next to the FLDIGI icon in the Swisslog QSO window.
Right-clicking on a call sign in FLDIGI displays it correctly in both FLDIGI and the Swisslog QSO window. However, when I click 'Save' in FLDIGI, the fields in the Swisslog QSO window are deleted and the QSO is not saved in the logbook.

I couldn't find anything in the Swisslog help section on the Digital Modes Interface.

Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this?

WSJT-X + SWL TRX

Hi,

I'm starting to look at digi modes and installed WSJT-X. After configuring it seems all is working and it's "talking" to the radio and Swisslog, however, when I start WSJT-X it follows the radio but Swisslog throws an error about conflicting COM6. Shutting down WSJT-X lets Swisslog communicate with redio again but after restarting WSJT-X it no longer displays the TS-480 frequency.

Anything I'm doing wrong? Should WSJT-X get the frequency from SWL? I guess only one program can use a COMport at the same time.

How can I integrate an FTX-1 into Swisslog?
I've tried all the Yaesu options, but none of them work.
I have no experience with other options like Omnirig.

I have no statistics infos, in any stats functions nor in messages dx cluster.
I have had issues in stats infos for a very long time, but I could still have infos of DXCC worked in messages dx cluster.
Now I haven't any infos anymore.
What's wrong in stats and messages dx cluster ?

FT991A with Swisslog

Hi all,

I'm a little lost with the transceiver setting in Swisslog for my ft-991A

Normally, with wsjtx and mshv, I use COM6 (usb cable) no parity, 9600 bauds, eight bits, 2 stop bits ...and it works. Here, can't get the frequency in swisslog ?

Any idea ? the standard FT-990 does not work....

Moving Columns in Log View

I cannot seem to Click and Drag columns in the Log book view
I click the header and drag the mouse but nothing happens.
