Swiss Log and SDC

Has anyone been able to get Swisslog and SDC working,  I am unable to get any comms between the two.

SDC throws up an error Unable to start the server Not found TCI client.

Swisslog throws up an error 10061:[10061] Connection Refused.

Any help much appreciated
